ForestHealthClassification Task
This task performs raster classification based on Forest Health Estimate.
For additional details on forest health analysis, see Forest Health Tool.
Example
; Start the application
e = ENVI()
; Open an input file
File = Filepath('AVIRISReflectanceSubset.dat', Subdir=['data', 'hyperspectral'], $
Root_Dir=e.Root_Dir)
Raster = e.OpenRaster(File)
; Get the task from the catalog of ENVITasks
Task = ENVITask('ForestHealthClassification')
; Define inputs
Task.INDEX_1 = 'Normalized Difference Vegetation Index'
Task.INDEX_2 = 'Anthocyanin Reflectance Index 1'
Task.INDEX_3 = 'Water Band Index'
Task.INPUT_RASTER = Raster
; Run the task
Task.Execute
; Add the output to the Data Manager
DataColl.Add, Task.OUTPUT_RASTER
; Display the result
View = e.GetView()
Layer = View.CreateLayer(Task.OUTPUT_RASTER)
Syntax
Result = ENVITask('ForestHealthClassification')
Input properties (Set, Get): INDEX_1, INDEX_2, INDEX_3, INPUT_RASTER, MINIMUM_NDVI, OUTPUT_RASTER_URI
Output properties (Get only): OUTPUT_RASTER
Properties marked as "Set" are those that you can set to specific values. You can also retrieve their current values any time. Properties marked as "Get" are those whose values you can retrieve but not set.
